KIM 1133 is a premium grade, non-chlorine, extreme pressure additive system for automotive gear oils. At the recommended treat rate of 4.2 %wt in suitable base stocks, it produces finished gear lubricants meeting API GL-5 service classifications.
At the lower treat rate of 2.1 %wt it will produce finished gear lubricants of a quality suitable for API service classification GL-4.
