High-quality mineral oil for compressors of refrigeration machines operating on refrigerant
The need for continuous contact of the lubricant with the refrigerant with constant changes in temperature and pressure of the medium imposes specific requirements on compressor oil. Oil grade XA-30, created on the basis of a mixture of highly purified mineral oils and depressant additives, is designed to ensure reliable operation of compressors.
ADVANTAGES:
- Has high chemical stability
- Completely dissolves in the refrigerant, forming a homogeneous environment and ensuring complete lubrication of the compressor
- Has a low freezing point, forming flakes in solutions of refrigerant R-12 and R-22 after reaching minus 40 °C
- Non-aggressive towards metals and other materials in refrigeration machines
- Has excellent lubricating ability, forming a strong oil film on contact surfaces
- Resists sludge and deposit formation
APPLICATION:

- Used in piston refrigeration compressors of medium and low temperature industrial systems, mainly operating on ammonia (R717) as the working medium.
- Can be used to a limited extent in systems of advanced compressors of refrigeration machines operating on halogenated hydrocarbon refrigerants isobutylene and propane.
