Gazpromneft Metalgrease AC is extreme pressure non-melt grease based on a blend of high viscosity index mineral oils and inorganic non-soap thickener with molybdenum disulfide for added resistance to shock loading. The incorporation of solid lubricants (molybdenum disulfide, graphite, copper powder) produces on the lubricated surfaces a fine coating which prevents wear and also enhances the inherent water insolubility of the greases. Gazpromneft Metalgrease AC is designed for arduous slow speed plain bearings under extreme pressure, shock loads, elevated temperatures and corrosive conditions. Gazpromneft Metalgrease AC is recommended for use over the temperature range -30°C to 200°C.
