Devon Rolling 532
A series of modern circulating oils for liquid friction bearings
The Devon Rolling line is a series of circulating oils, mainly intended for lubrication of heavily loaded liquid friction bearings of rolling mills, located in the centralized lubrication system. The peculiarity of this line is excellent operation in conditions of oil flooding, as well as the ingress of various impurities into the centralized lubrication system. Devon Rolling oils are developed taking into account the accumulated experience and world requirements for high-class oils based on hydrotreated mineral base oils and a high-tech additive package providing excellent lubricating, demulsifying, anti-corrosion, antioxidant and anti-wear properties, as well as high load-bearing capacity.
ADVANTAGES:
- High demulsifying capacity of oils allows for easy and quick separation of water and other impurities in the CSS tank and prevents the formation of stable water-oil emulsions, which ensures effective lubrication of gearboxes even in conditions of increased water content
- High resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation, preventing the formation of deposits
- Effective protection against corrosion in the presence of water and contaminants
- A specialized package of highly effective additives allows to increase the rolling speed without the risk of increased wear, to increase the overall productivity of the rolling mill and to extend the service life of liquid friction bearings
APPLICATION:
-
- Devon Rolling 510 and 515 oils are used in high-speed, small-section, non-reversible No-Twist wire rod mills, marine and industrial gearboxes, hydraulic systems and other auxiliary equipment.
- Devon Rolling 522, 532, 546 oils are used in section rolling mills and hot sheet rolling mills for lubricating support bearings of rolls operating as part of the CSS. This is a universal product that can be used in circulation systems where increased requirements are imposed on oils for lubricating and demulsifying properties.
